By placing an order with Bhoomivar, you agree to the following terms. We are committed to ensuring a transparent and seamless shopping experience.

Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Contact us via Call or WhatsApp at +91 884 810 8055 to initiate a request.
Once the product is received and verified at our warehouse, a replacement or refund will be processed as requested.
Refunds are credited only to the original payment method.
Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
Only the product value is refundable. Shipping charges, gift wrap, and other service fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or store credit.

Product & Delivery

Product images are captured under professional lighting; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days.
Customised or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; customers will be notified in advance.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order placement by emailing bhoomivar8055@gmail.com.
Before dispatch: Full refund to the original payment method.
After dispatch: Refund will be processed upon return receipt, minus forward and return shipping charges.
Bhoomivar's decision on cancellations is final.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Taxes & Duties

All prices for Indian orders include applicable taxes.
For international orders, customs duties and local taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
