Refund Policy
By placing an order with Bhoomivar, you agree to the following terms. We are committed to ensuring a transparent and seamless shopping experience.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- Contact us via Call or WhatsApp at +91 884 810 8055 to initiate a request.
- Once the product is received and verified at our warehouse, a replacement or refund will be processed as requested.
- Refunds are credited only to the original payment method.
- Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
- Only the product value is refundable. Shipping charges, gift wrap, and other service fees are non-refundable.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or store credit.
Product & Delivery
- Product images are captured under professional lighting; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
- Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days.
- Customised or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; customers will be notified in advance.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order placement by emailing bhoomivar8055@gmail.com.
- Before dispatch: Full refund to the original payment method.
- After dispatch: Refund will be processed upon return receipt, minus forward and return shipping charges.
- Bhoomivar's decision on cancellations is final.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Taxes & Duties
- All prices for Indian orders include applicable taxes.
- For international orders, customs duties and local taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
