Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Bhoomivar, you agree to the terms outlined below. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Requests can be made via Call or WhatsApp at +91 6238688055.
Once the product is received and verified at the Bhoomivar warehouse, a replacement or refund (as requested) will be processed.
Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.
Only the product value is refundable. Shipping, gift wrap, and other service charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or store credit.

Product images are shot under professional lighting; minor colour variations may occur.
Orders are usually delivered within 6–8 business days.
Customised or made-to-order pieces may take longer; customers will be informed in advance.

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by emailing bhoomivar8055@gmail.com.
Before dispatch: Full refund to the original payment method.
After dispatch: Refund will be processed after return, minus forward and return shipping charges.
Bhoomivar's decision regarding cancellations shall be final.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery in case of a damaged or incorrect item.
