Welcome to Bhoomivar. By accessing or making a purchase on our website (bhoomivar.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take great care to present accurate information about all our jewellery, including material, purity, weight, and dimensions. Please note:

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen calibration and professional lighting.
Natural gemstones may exhibit slight variations in colour, texture, and inclusions — these are characteristics of authenticity, not defects.
All weights are approximate (Approx) and may vary marginally.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major digital wallets.
International orders are billed in INR. Any currency conversion charges are borne by the customer.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders confirmed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

4. Orders & Confirmation

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.
Bhoomivar reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
International shipping timelines vary by destination. Please contact us for estimated delivery times.
Bhoomivar is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the courier partner.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customised, personalised, or engraved pieces are strictly non-returnable.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at bhoomivar8055@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Warranty & Authenticity

All Bhoomivar jewellery comes with our Authenticity Promise. Our silver pieces are crafted in 925 Sterling Silver and gold pieces carry BIS Hallmark certification.
We do not cover general wear and tear, tarnishing due to improper care, or accidental damage under any warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, designs, logos, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bhoomivar. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data
