1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- During peak seasons or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping is available on orders above a specified order value (as displayed at checkout).
3. International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations.
- International orders are typically delivered within 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- All international orders are billed in INR (₹). Currency conversion charges, if any, are borne by the customer.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through the courier partner's website.
- If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.

- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order.
- Bhoomivar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Address changes after order confirmation may not always be possible. Please contact us immediately if a correction is needed.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
- Bhoomivar is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, or other events beyond our control.
- We will make every effort to keep you informed in case of significant delays.
